 DUMP TRAILERS HAULING YOU TRACTOR

Droz, I have the E-Z dumper insert in my p/u (See link) and like it very much. It seems to be made of good quality and will lift more than my p/u wants to handle. David

Try this one. I own a 10000lbs hydralic tilting flatbed of the make. It was inexpensive compared to any other i have seen and it saved me about 50 hrs this year. That alone was worth it. the link is www.hhtrailer.com I got mine for about $3800. That is a price that is hard to beat. This company makes a dump model that is nice but i don't know the pricing. I would not trade my hydratilt for any other trailer. Hope this helps.

DSG, I have considered an ez-dumper for my pickup bed but had some reservations. It didn't hold as much as the trailer, I have a 3/4 ton so can't carry that much anyway and I could use the trailer to tow my Bobcat also. However, it sure would be easier to maneuver. I was wondering how easy it was to remove and install since sometimes I would need the bed free. Your experience would be appreciated.

Droz, Have never removed it, but it's only four bolts through the bed down into the vehicle frame. The dump itself sets in an angle iron frame and the bolts hold that frame down, The unit only weighs 675 lbs so lifting it with a loader or forks would be easily done. For an able bodied person I think it would be very easy that was one of they're selling points, the ease of removal so the bed would be available for other uses. I have not found a reason to remove it as of yet. You're right, the dump trailer would hold more dumpage wise but was not large enough for my tractor with the loader and a 3pt attachment. I already had a trailer for the tractor so opt-ed for just a dump. Yes the dump will hold alot more than my 3/4 ton so now I'm in the market for a plain 1-ton to put the dump body on. David
