National Barn Co
Guys, I have purchased a 30'x50' barn from National Barn Company out of Tenn. Does anyone have experience with this company? It's really too late to ask I guess, as the building is already purchased, but it will not be built for another two months.
Thanks

What did it run you? Here, near Detroit a similar size is about $6500 delivered with metal roof and siding.

earthwrks, I am getting 12' cielings, insulated roof, an 11'x48' shed along one side, two 12' doors, eve lights, and a copula. The building installed will be about $17k. It was more than I thought it was going to be, but that was the best price I got.

Price isn't bad--I built a 18'x32'--8' walls (17' to roof ridge), one 9'x7'door, one 3' door, four windows, and 9'x32' lean-to roof, including cement was about $16,000---$3500 was my labor, $6500 was wood/steel, rest was concrete. It took me a month by myself to build it. To meet Michigan codes it had a poured 42" x 9" ratwall and floor, and lean-to floor.

Generally speaking, pole barn labor-only for a basic barn goes for $2-4 per covered sq. ft., not including concrete work.

the price I quoted is just for the building I described and construction. I am going to put it on gravel for now.
