Feedback on cheapie 10' x 20' pole/tarp garage????
I just put on up today. They cost $119 for the completely covered (i.e. tarp on sides, ends, as well as roof) and $79 for the partial (just the tarp on the roof). Definitely EL CHEAPO but not bad for a tractor cover to keep it out of the sun, rain , and elements. Took me about an hour and a half to put up. Just type in garage pavilion in the search feature.

I will try when it dries out a little. The roof peak is 9 1/2 feet tall. I have a folding ROPS but I think it will fit without folding it. I will check and let you know.

plots1, I put the garage up yesterday. I am kinda slow and it took me an hour and a half. I had to take the roof tarp off and turn it over; I put it on upside down  . Today I after I got done picking up my new pressure washer with the tractor I put the ROPS up and pulled the tractor into the garage. It fit just fine and had about 6" to spare. I have the tall folding ROPS. For $120, I think this garage is a bargain for those who have to store their tractor outside. It is not anywhere near the highest quality and as I said it is an EL CHEAPO, but is not a bad little temp building/garage to get your equipment out of the elements. I would highly recommend it. It came with sides and the ends, one of which can be zipped up and down. I would say it would last a couple of years before it is toast but for that price, it is way cheaper than building a pole barn or shop building and is a good temporary measure until you build something more substantial. I don't think you will have any problem getting your tractor in the garage. Any way, I give this garage the "Tractor Point EL CHEAPO Best Buy" rating. With a little reinforcement, I think it might even hold up in moderate snow and high wind.

I use a 14' x 25' arctic shelter tent that is wind and snow load rated. It was much cheaper than a building but not exactly cheapo. The shelter was supposed to be a temporary solution for the same situation I mentioned of needing a tractor and hoe in a hurry. Winter was approaching and there were no contractors available or who were willing to travel. Five years later and the temporary solution is still standing. There are a bunch of these shelters around here. Most of them use all weather coverings that last longer in the southern sun. None of them are entirely waterproof though.

Feedback on cheapie 10' x 20' pole/tarp garage????
I had my reservations some 10 years ago about the "portable buildings". Eventually, I decided to get one for several reasons, the two main reasons were a) cost and b) taxes.
I wanted to put up a building that could accomodate my tandem flatbed trailer with tractor and Bhoe intact on the trailer, as well as my tandem dumper and other "stuff". The ending result was a "portable building" that measured 10 feet on center, 24' x 22'. I can't say for any other area of our country, however, here in the NE, property taxes are ridiculous. The tarp covered tubular frame, is not subject to annual property tax, because it is considered to be a "portable building".
It is a Cover-It brand building, designed with heavy snow bearing structure. I have had 3feet of snow and ice on it with the wind shaking the bejeebies out of it, ten years and counting!

Willie: Our temps sound fairly similar and they sure are useful. It is good to check codes etc. Around here a much larger one than I have requires a building permit. Most things erected under a permit do affect property assessments and therefore taxes. It's possible that choosing a temp only slightly larger than one that's adequate may make the difference between no taxes increases or an increase. Some of the more urban municipalities around here even have by-laws forbidding temps so it's good to know before buying one.
